Very friendly welcome with complementary drink. Smiles from all staff, super friendly. Very I,oressibe entrance hall and the room on 7th floor Met our needs exactly - pool and sea view. Complementary water and bathroom essentials. Room cleaned to a very high standard. Breakfast was superb with great selection in an airy dining room. Always met personally by the staff. Swimming pool and swim uo bar incredible. Fantastic pool setting with towels, loungers and trees. The pool area is very clean. There is even 5G hotel wifi at the poolside. A very nice touch was the two lifeguards on duty at all times. You don’t see that very often. Wifi in the hotel was great too. On our last day we were spontaneously offered a later check out (1pm instead of 12pm). Much appreciated as we didn’t ask. Great hotel location in between Beach Rd and Second Rd meaning transport costs (10 baht on the baht bus) can be minimised. Hotel is right on the beach and a short walk from Central Festival Mall. There is also a useful 7/11 opposite the hotel entrance in Second Road. I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

We stayed for 18 nights. ALL staff work incredibly hard! The pool and cabins to rent were nice.Being close to the beach was nice. The price for food at the resort was fair. The rooms were big. The children pool was great, even for adults. We loved that there were tons of things for kids to do on the hour. Breakfast was OK, but after 4 nights it gets a bit boring. Plenty of options to sit outside, in shade and sun. Room, shower was nice and hot. Beds were big and comfortable. Room service fast. Breakfast Buffet in the restaurant always has room, no matter what time you get there. The pool staff remembered my sons name, and would ask him to get involved in the events they had. It says we are from China, but we are from Canada.

The location is central. It is within walking distance to a few malls. The beach is just across the road. Besides that, the staff were outstanding in the service. The breakfast crew were very attentive and were able to remember our drink orders even the next morning. The pool crew were very enthusiastic and service oriented. The crew would bring water toys to entertain the children. There were also 2 life guards on duty at all time. The in room dining was small but the service was prompt and food was nice! Last but not least, the check in was smooth and the property was generally clean.

I really enjoyed my stay in Hard Rock Hotel in Pattaya, everything was perfect: room, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, reception, services, position. For a solo traveller is perfect. Big thanks to the staff all and them smiles. In particular I really appreciated Jame-s that organized me the transfer for bangkok, very nice guy. Also the warm welcome of the night gard in the swimming pool gave me good vibes!

Really liked the location. Right on beach road. Walk either direction, lots of bars and restaurants, with the beach right there. Or catch the baht bus, so easy and convenient. The facilities were great, although we didn't use the pool gym or restaurant as we were out playing golf every day. So parking was very convenient, as was overall security
